Delivery Policy Filler Pharm
At Filler Pharm, we ensure fast, secure, and discreet delivery of all orders across the United Kingdom.
- Delivery Locations We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
All orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed the same day. - Next Day Delivery (DPD)
We offer Next Working Day Delivery via DPD:Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be delivered the next working day
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day - Friday & Saturday Delivery
To receive your order on Saturday, you must:
Place your order before 4:00 PM on Friday, and
Select Saturday Delivery at checkout (additional charge applies)
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, or without selecting Saturday delivery, will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered from Monday onwards - Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Saturday delivery incurs an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed. - Courier Service All deliveries are handled by DPD, providing reliable and trackable service across the UK.
- Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
- Temperature-Sensitive Products Some aesthetic medical products require controlled storage conditions. While we package items appropriately, customers are responsible for ensuring prompt receipt of deliveries.
- Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
- Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD may:Leave the parcel in a safe place

Provide instructions for collection or rescheduling - Delivery Delays While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues or adverse weather conditions).
- Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and supporting evidence.
