Due to the nature of aesthetic medical products, returns are not automatically accepted.
If you experience an issue with your order, you must:
Contact us at info@fillerpharm.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and details of the issue
Include photographic evidence where applicable
All refund or replacement requests are subject to investigation and approval by Filler Pharm.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products have been used, improperly stored, or handled incorrectly after delivery.
